1. Service Operator
FishingLicenseFlorida.com is operated by jurkix s.r.o., Company No.: 29637775, with registered office at Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 151954.
2. Service Description
FishingLicenseFlorida.com provides a concierge service for obtaining an official Florida non-resident fishing license. We complete and submit the application through the official Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) system on your behalf and deliver the issued license to you. We are not the State of Florida or the FWC, and you can equally apply for the license yourself directly through the official FWC system.
3. Processing Time
We aim to process and deliver your fishing license within 1–2 business days of payment.
4. Pricing
Our prices include the official FWC government fee and our service fee, and are displayed in USD.
5. Refund Policy
As we begin processing immediately upon payment, refunds are only issued if we are unable to obtain your license. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. This does not apply to delays caused by the Florida authority in cases where the license has already been paid for. In such situations it is necessary to wait for processing.
6. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate personal information. Incorrect details may result in delays or inability to process your license. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
