Is my license valid as soon as it's issued?
Yes — as soon as we deliver your license as a PDF, it's immediately valid for recreational saltwater fishing. We process each order through the official FWC system by hand, to make sure the license type and every detail are correct, so delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from payment.
Is the license valid everywhere in Florida?
Yes. Your Florida non-resident fishing license is issued directly by the State of Florida (Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, FWC) and is valid for recreational saltwater fishing anywhere in Florida — the Atlantic Coast, the Gulf Coast and the Florida Keys. It does not cover freshwater fishing (lakes, rivers), which requires a separate freshwater license we don't currently offer.
